This looks great but the thought of julienned radishes is daunting. How do you do that best/easily?

With my knife, hahaha! Radishes are hard and crispy so it really does not take a long time 🙂

Saw this on your show and had to try it. Made a bowl and topped some tacos with it. It was delicious! Fresh, crisp, tart and spicy. I added an extra Serrano for extra heat. Again, very delicious! Thank you!!

Hola! It is more like a garnish that you can use to top enchiladas as I did or tacos, tostadas and sopes. I guess you can serve it also as a snacks with tortilla chips, enjoy!

I love it to garnish tacos, soft or fried, or as a side to grilled meat. I even sprinkle them on top of these enchiladas Willeta, enjoy! http://patijinich.com/pork-tenderloin-enchiladas-with-mole-verde/

Made this tonight and the only change was that I tossed in an ear’s worth of freshly steamed corn to the mix. Added a nice bit of sweetness. 🙂 Will be making this again!

I made this radish recipe along with pickled red onions and a variation of another recipe of beef in green salsa. Assembled on a corn tortilla toasted until crispy and topped with these 3 recipes. Delicious. Thank you for sharing.

This makes such an impressive accent to most meals, espicially in the summer. I definitely recommend using your suggested jalapeno. Even if it requires careful cutting. They all enhance each other! Thanks for making meals exciting… Your simplicity is always amazing!
