Anytime I go on ABC‘s The Chew, it’s a fiesta! I made my Honey Chipotle Ribs with Mario Batali, and we grilled up some Crazy Corn to have on the side.

    We are trying your honey chipotle rib recipe for Memorial Day!
    Please confirm the oven temp. On the Chew recipe it said 350 degrees however we noted on the show you said 375 degrees. Also we love adobe chilies and hot sauces, so we were going to leave the seeds in unless you do not recommend our doing this?

      375 degrees and of course add the seeds if you like the heat! Hope you like them as much as we do here at home…

  3. I made the ribs today and they were delicious! However, I would have liked for the sauce to stick to the ribs. Any suggestions?

    1. Hi Syliva, Thank you for trying the ribs! When you uncover the ribs, baste them with the sauce on the bottom of the pan. That will give you more sauce on the ribs.

    2. For a sticky, finger-licking finish, you can also baste the ribs after the initial hour and a half and then put them under the broiler on high — foil open, ribs exposed to the flame. Just keep a close eye on them so they don’t burn (use low setting if ribs too close to flame). I do this with both sides, starting with the bottom.

      Also, when basting, be sure to lift the ribs to gain access to all the sauce that slipped beneath them while cooking.
