  1. Greetings Pati, since you cook a lot of authentic mexican food, before publishing the two cookbooks, have you bought other mexican cookbooks and learned from them, if yes, please tell me a few of your favorite mexican cookbooks that you’ve ever bought and or learned from?
    Thanks again.

  2. Hello again Pati, since you told me that Fonda Margarita was your childhood Fonda as a kid, I was wondering for your 21 birthday, did you celebrate it by going to a Cantina, if yes, what was the cantina?
    Thanks again Pati. ☺☺☺

  3. Hey Pati, I wanna ask you this, since you were born in Mexico City, Mexico, did you go to a lot of Fondas growing up as a kid and if you did, which Fondas have hold a bunch of memories for you?
Also, I can’t wait for season 8 of your show “Pati’s Mexican Table”.
    Rock on Pati. 😊😊😊

  4. Hey, Pati Jinich: I saw you live on this years James Beard Foundation Media Awards for the first time and first, I want to say congratulations on winning your second James Beard Award for best Television Program, In Studio or Fixed Location from your episode of Pati’s Mexican Table from season 7, “Tijuana: Stories from The Border” (which by the way, is my favorite episode from that season). Second, I was rooting for you to win, and finally, how does it feel to win two James Beard Awards for your show?

  6. Hey Pati, since you’ve traveled to some of the best restaurants and mercados (markets) in Mexico, I was wondering if you have any recommended mercados to visit in Mexico? if yes, please tell what mercados do you recommend to see?
    Thanks again, Eric

  7. Hey Pati, I was thinking about visiting an awesome coastal city in Mexico in the future, I’ve narrowed down to three: Cabo San Lucas in Baja California Sur, Cancun in Yucatan Peninsula and Puerto Vallarta in Jalisco, I just don’t know which one I wanna visit first because all three look pretty fun and have great restaurants/fishing piers, since you’ve been to almost every city in Mexico, to your mind, which one do you think I should visit first?

  8. Hey Pati, I’m doing a research on types of family style restaurants based on my favorite cuisines and my two main favorites are Italian and Mexican. Well, since you’re from Mexico City and it’s one of the main culinary destinations of Mexico, it is true that the word Fonda is a Mexican family style restaurant? If not, then what is the real word?
Thanks again and I can’t wait to see your show tonight at 7pm

  9. Hey again Pati, I was wondering since everyone has a comfort food dish but chefs has a lot of them, What is your favorite Mexican comfort food dish? If you have one.
My favorite Mexican comfort food dish is enchiladas.

  10. Hey Pati, with you being a celebrity chef and working with other chefs from your travels in Mexico, I wanna ask you and you don’t have to answer this if you don’t want to, but do you have any chef friends along with Jose Andres, if you do, then who are they? Also which ones do you feel closer to?

  11. Hey Pati, since you traveled to almost every region in Mexico, which region of Mexico would you say is your vacation spot to visit over and over again?

  12. Hey Pati, I wanna ask you since you’ve won the James Beard Award for Outstanding Host, how did you feel when you finally won it and was it always your dream to win a James Beard Award?
Congrats again on winning it, you deserved one.

  13.
