Hey Pati, I read your culinary history on your website and it said that you registered for an extensive night program at L’Academie de Cuisine at Gaithersburg, Maryland (which was named one of the best culinary schools in America, before it closed down) and I wanted to ask you two things: First, how many days, weeks or months was in that program and did you enjoy your experience at L’Academie de Cuisine?

  5. Hey again Pati, One last thing and this is not a question, Since you: love authentic Mexican food, traveling and just won two james beard awards, I have found two james beard award winning, authentic Mexican restaurants that you should check out:
Guelaguetza Restaurante (Oaxacan Cuisine) – 3014 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA
Yuca’s (Yucatan Tacos and Burritos) – 2056 Hill Hurst Ave, Los Angeles, CA
I don’t know if you’ve been to either one of those restaurants before or not, but in case you haven’t, check them out because they both feature in authentic mexican food.
I hope you enjoy them both on different days. 😊😊😊

      1. No problem Pati, I also found two more that you should also try:
