CBS The Talk: Mexican Cuisine

CBS’ The Talk is having a food festival! I made Scrambled Egg Packets with Black Bean Sauce for Mexican Brunch, with help from hosts Sheryl Underwood and Julie Chen. We also had Avocado and Hearts of Palm Chop-Chop Salad and some Triple Orange Mexican Wedding Cookies for dessert. In case you missed all the fun, click here.

    Hi Pati,
I want to let you know how much I enjoy your show. I love how you take your viewers on the culinary and cultural adventure and introduce us to so many different foods. What I love the most is when you take us to your home to share how the dishes are made but most of all, I love the tradition and your strong sense of family and what a beautiful family you have. A friend of mine made Alisa’s Marbled Pound Cake and he made a blueberry compote to go with it, it was a party for the taste buds, all of us absolutely loved it. Thank you Pati for sharing with us.

We enjoy your show on Create Channel 323 Houston, TX area. BUT, when pulling up your site we cannot get the recipes that you prepare. Do we have to buy your cookbook? It would be nice to get your recipes off the web as well, like other bloggers. ThankYou
