Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Cecina grilled
  • 1 ciabatta roll, or one 3-inch piece of ciabatta bread halved and toasted
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Slaw
  • 6 slices ripe avocado

To Prepare

  • Add a couple slices of warm Cecina to the bottom half of a toasted ciabatta roll. Top with Creamy Slaw and the avocado slices. Serve immediately.

    Hola Paty tus recetas de cocina son verdaderamente deliciosas gracias por compartir. Cómo este sándwich de cecina, que en mi tierra se llama carne enchilada, porque la cecina solo es de res y se pone a secar al sol. Entiendo que cada estado es diferente, pero me encanto.
