  1. Hi Pati puedes mandarme la receta del pescado de éste episodio? Se vé riquísimo, con Chile passilla. Gracias, tienes in show único.

  2. Hi Pati!

Love your show! This episode inspired us; my husband and I are traveling to San Miguel and will be there for NYE! We are so excited! Thanks for sharing wonderful information about the city 🙂

  3. Hi Pati
I love your shows and have followed you many years. We have been traveling to SMA as well for years and would like to know what house you rented for your family…we have rented a house on Sollano not far from Donnie’s, who is a friend of ours as well. Would you kindly share the the address? You have charmed my husband who enjoys watching your very informative shows very much! Thanks Pati

    1. The name of the house is Casa San Miguel and the production company contacted them through their online information…Have a great time in San Miguel, Marsha! And say hello to your husband for me.

  4. We love your show and were so excited to see you in San Miguel, which is one of my family’s favorite places in the world. Thanks so much for the special episodes there! Wonderful to see you walking the streets of the places we hold dear. I’m going to try the mango pecan tart for my husband and mother-in-law’s birthdays tomorrow. It was their special request 🙂

  5. Love your show on PBS! Episode 402 was great! In that episode you visited with a chef at his resturant, he is from New York if I am remembering correctly. I am hoping to visit San Miguel and would love to visit some good resturants, if you can recommend 2 or 3 that would be great. Also, are there any cooking schools my daughter and I could attend?

Many thanks, love your show, Kathy

    1. Hi Kathy,
His name is Donnie Masterton and his restaurant is called “The Restaurant”. I also recommend you try the rooftop restaurant at Rosewood Hotel and another for breakfast at a B&B called “La Posada del Corazón”. You will have a great time!

  6. Just saw your episode 402. At the end, a drink with a sprig of Rosemary was feature. Just like your cucumber martini, it piqued my interest. I looked for it in your website for it, but can’t find it. Are planning to feature it and it’s recipe? If not, can you share it?
