Hi Valerie, Thank you for watching! Here’s how to make the hot dogs: Wrap a turkey hot dog with bacon and cook on the grill until done. Remove from heat and split the bacon-wrapped hot dog in half lengthwise. Sprinkle on about 2 tablespoons of grated melty cheese (like mozzarella or Monterey jack), and place back on the grill until the cheese melts. Meanwhile, toast a buttered hot dog bun on the grill. Serve on the bun topped with crumbled sausage, mayo, mustard, ketchup, chopped tomato and onion, and a grilled jalapeño chile.
