Pati, I just found you when I was searching for a tres leches cake to make for my son in law’s birthday. How my heart was filled with powerful memories, delicious meals and sweet faces of the past. I grew up in Puebla but have lived in Texas for 28 years. I miss Mexico, the people and memories have enriched my life so much even though my native country is USA. The nostalgia of the food and culture of Mexico haunt me. Thank you for bringing Mexican dishes and antojitos to my kitchen! I can’t wait to get started on a walk down memory lane. Que Dios te bendiga!

I made this a few days ago for dinner for my wife and she loved it, I did change a few things to suit my tastes but it was great and will be made in my house many more times.
