Thank you for exposing me to a food group I was always fearful to eat. I have many food hang-ups but your recipes allow me to comfortably omit certain items; the flavors still come through. I appreciate the ease of preparation of your recipes. It certainly doesn’t hurt that you are so easy on the eyes.
