Chicken is NOT vegetarian by any standard. That recipe should be removed from this collection.

Hello Cia, sorry about the confusion; the recipes included in Episode 213: Naturally Vegetarian includes the Zucchini Soup, Cactus Paddle Tostadas and Plantain Bread. None of them includes chicken. Could you please tell me what do you see when you search this collection? Thank you!

Dear Pati,
My daughter has recently become very interested in mexican food. However, we are vegetarian and do not cook meat or fish at home. Do you have any recipes for vegetarian Taco/Tortilla/Quesadilla? We live in London. UK
Many thanks
Vaish
