Ba\u00f1a el pollo con la mezcla, t\u00e1palo y refrigera de 1\/2 hora hasta 12 horas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9181-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Calienta el aceite en un sart\u00e9n o parrilla mediana a fuego medio-alto. Cuando est\u00e9 caliente, no humeante, a\u00f1ade el pollo y coc\u00ednalo hasta que est\u00e9 dorado por fuera y cocido por dentro, unos 5 minutos por lado. Retira del sart\u00e9n y deja que se enfr\u00ede para cortarlo en rebanadas diagonales de unos 1.3 cm de ancho.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para preparar el guacamole con elote:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9181-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pon el chile jalape\u00f1o y los dientes de ajo en una charola peque\u00f1a sobre la parrilla y \u00e1salos de 6 a 9 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9n suaves y cocidos y la piel tostada. Ya que se enfr\u00eden, pela los ajos y p\u00edcalos junto con el chile.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9181-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pon los pedazos de aguacate en un recipiente y a\u00f1ade los ajos y el jalape\u00f1o picados y revuelve todo con cuidado para mezclar bien. Agrega los elotes, los tomates, el jugo de lim\u00f3n y la sal.
