style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon en la procesadora la harina, la sal, el az\u00facar y la mantequilla fr\u00eda. Pulsa algunas veces, hasta que la mezcla parezca harina gruesa. Agrega el agua fr\u00eda mientras pulsas unas veces m\u00e1s hasta que la masa se empiece a integrar y se vuelva m\u00e1s h\u00fameda. Apaga la procesadora y junta la masa en una bola. Enharina ligeramente la superficie de trabajo, y amasa la masa 3 o 4 veces hasta que se integre por completo. Forma un disco grande y plano, envu\u00e9lvelo en papel pl\u00e1stico y refrigera durante una hora o hasta que est\u00e9 firme.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer la tarta:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12010-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Precalienta el horno a 200\u00b0C. Forra una charola para hornear con bordes con papel pergamino y saca la masa del refrigerador.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12010-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En un recipiente grande, pon las uvas, la vainilla, el az\u00facar, la ralladura de lim\u00f3n y la sal. En un recipiente peque\u00f1o, mezcla el jugo de lim\u00f3n y la Maizena y luego agr\u00e9galos a la mezcla de uvas. Revuelve todo y aparta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12010-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Espolvorea harina sobre el rodillo y la superficie de trabajo y extiende la masa en un c\u00edrculo de unos 36 cm. Pasa con cuidado la masa a la charola forrada. Extiende la 1\/2 taza de cacahuates picados sobre la masa en una capa, dejando una orilla de 3 cm. Extiende la mezcla de uvas encima de la capa de cacahuates. Dobla hacia arriba los bordes de la masa para crear una capa ligeramente superpuesta y con pliegues de unos 5 cm sobre la fruta. Unta la masa con el huevo y luego espolvorea el az\u00facar moreno o mascabado (presiona un poco el az\u00facar en la masa con las manos).<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12010-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Hornea la tarta de 40 a 45 minutos, hasta que la costra est\u00e9 dorada y el relleno burbujee. S\u00e1cala del horno y p\u00e1sala a una rejilla para que se enfr\u00ede por unos 10-15 minutos.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer la cobertura:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12010-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Mientras la tarta se enfr\u00eda, prepara la cobertura. En un recipiente grande, revuelve la mantequilla de cacahuate con el az\u00facar glass y 1\/2 taza de la crema espesa hasta que est\u00e9 completamente mezclada. Vierte el resto de la crema espesa y bate con una batidora hasta que se formen ondas suaves.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12010-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Corta la tarta fr\u00eda en rebanadas y pon encima la crema de cacahuate batida.
