Cuando la carne se haya enfriado, desh\u00e9brala o p\u00edcala en pedazos peque\u00f1os.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer la carne cocida sazonada:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12032-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Calienta el aceite en una olla o sart\u00e9n amplio a fuego medio. Agrega la cebolla y las papas, sazona con 1\/2 cucharadita de sal y cocina durante unos 10 minutos, revuelve de vez en cuando, hasta que las cebollas se suavicen y las papas se empiecen a dorar. Agrega los jitomates y cocina de 3 a 5 minutos, o hasta que los jitomates est\u00e9n suaves y aguados. Agrega los chiles y la otra 1\/2 cucharadita de sal y cocina de 3 a 4 minutos, revuelve seguido, hasta que la mezcla est\u00e9 bien sazonada y homog\u00e9nea.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer las chimichangas:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12032-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Calienta un comal, asador o sart\u00e9n a fuego medio-bajo durante al menos 3 o 4 minutos. Calienta un par de tortillas de harina a la vez (o una por una por una si no caben m\u00e1s en el sart\u00e9n o comal en una sola capa), un minuto por lado, hasta que est\u00e9n calientes. Quita las tortillas del asador y una por una, pon un par de cucharadas generosas de la carne cocida. Enrolla la tortilla, y despu\u00e9s de enrollarla una vez, dobla los lados y sigue enrollando para hacer un paquete alargado con forma de burrito.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12032-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cuando todas las chimichangas est\u00e9n listas, calienta 2 cucharadas de aceite en un sart\u00e9n a fuego medio. Cuando el aceite est\u00e9 caliente, pon las chimichangas en el sart\u00e9n con el lado del doblez hacia abajo y d\u00f3ralas durante un minuto por lado, hasta que agarren color.
