Revuelve bien todo para mezclarlo. Cuando est\u00e9 caliente, agrega los huevos batidos y sal. Cocina los huevos, moviendo las orillas hacia el centro mientas se cocina, para hacer un omelet. Cuando est\u00e9 cocido por abajo y firme arriba, volt\u00e9alo para que acabe de cocinarse del otro lado. Pasa el omelet a una tabla para cortar y p\u00e1rtelo en pedazos peque\u00f1os. Aparta.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13632-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En un sart\u00e9n amplio y grande o wok, a fuego alto, calienta dos cucharadas del aceite. Cuando est\u00e9 muy caliente pero sin humear, agrega el pollo por partes para que no se encime en el sart\u00e9n. Coc\u00ednalo de 2 a 3 minutos por lado y p\u00e1salo a un recipiente grande. Agrega 2 cucharadas m\u00e1s de aceite al sart\u00e9n. Cocina los camarones, tambi\u00e9n por partes si es necesario, de 1 to 2 minutos por lado, s\u00f3lo hasta que est\u00e9 apenas dorado por fuera, sin cocinarlo de m\u00e1s. Pasa los camarones al recipiente con el pollo.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13632-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En el mismo sart\u00e9n, pon 2 cucharadas m\u00e1s de aceite, reduce el fuego a medio-alto y agrega las zanahorias y los esp\u00e1rragos. Espolvor\u00e9alos con sal y pimiento al gusto, y cocina de 3 a 4 minutos m\u00e1s hasta que est\u00e9n suaves pero todav\u00eda firmes. Agrega los ch\u00edcharos y los chalotes, revuelve y cocina todo durante un par de minutos m\u00e1s. Pasa la mezcla a un recipiente, raspando el sart\u00e9n para sacar todo y aparta.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13632-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Calienta las \u00faltimas 2 cucharadas de aceite en el mismo sart\u00e9n y sube el fuego a alto. Ya que est\u00e9 caliente, agrega el arroz, cocin\u00e1ndolo en el aceite durante uno o dos minutos, revolvi\u00e9ndolo. Bate la mezcla de la salsa de soya y vi\u00e9rtela sobre el arroz. Agrega las verduras, el pollo, el camar\u00f3n y el omelet picado y revuelve par mezclar todo. Deja que se cocine todo junto de uno a dos minutos y sirve.
