Cuando acabes, unta o roc\u00eda las 8 bolas de masa con agua para que no se sequen, t\u00e1palas y deja que reposen durante 10 minutos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13666-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Precalienta el horno a 200\u00b0C. Engrasa ligeramente, o forra con papel encerado, una charola para hornear.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13666-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Con una bola de masa a la vez, usa las manos para aplanarla hasta tener un c\u00edrculo de 10 a 12 cm. Empezando con la orilla de abajo, levanta las dos \u201cesquinas\u201d y d\u00f3blalas hacia dentro, como si hicieras un tri\u00e1ngulo doblado. Presiona ligeramente para sellarlo, luego enr\u00f3llalo hacia arriba y repite doblando la orilla de abajo hacia adentro, siguiendo como si hicieras un tri\u00e1ngulo doblado. Cuando acabes, tendr\u00e1s un pedazo de masa con forma un tanto ovalada y con el centro m\u00e1s gordito que las orillas.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13666-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Usa las palmas de las manos para extender las puntas del \u00f3valo, haci\u00e9ndolas m\u00e1s delgadas que el centro.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13666-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon los bolillos en la charola para hornear enharinada o forrada seg\u00fan los vas haciendo. Repite con el resto de los pedazos de masa.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13666-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Unta o roc\u00eda con agua las 8 bolas de masa con forma de bolillo para que no se sequen, t\u00e1palas y deja que se inflen de 30 a 45 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9n esponjadas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13666-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cuando los vayas a hornear, unta o roc\u00eda los bolillos con agua una vez m\u00e1s y con un cuchillo filoso, haz un corte largo de punta a punta, de 1\/2 cm de profundidad.
