fresas y moras en un taz\u00f3n grande con el jugo de lim\u00f3n, el az\u00facar y la vainilla. Revuelve bien y deja reposar a temperatura ambiente mientras preparas los pastelitos y la crema batida.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer los pastelitos:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13715-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Precalienta el horno a 190 C. En un recipiente grande, bate la masa, la harina, el az\u00facar, el polvo para hornear, el bicarbonato de sodio y la sal. Haz espacio en medio y agrega 1\u2153 tazas de crema espesa y revuelve para incorporar todos los ingredientes. Enharina la superficie donde vayas a trabajar y amasa la mezcla durante un minuto hasta que se integre completamente.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13715-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Con la masa, forma un cuadrado de 2 cm de espesor. Usa un molde redondo de 8 cm y corta 6 discos de masa. Junta los retazos de masa para cortar los \u00faltimos discos. Pon los c\u00edrculos en una charola para hornear forrada con papel pergamino. \u00dantalos con la cucharada restante de crema espesa y luego espolvor\u00e9alos con el az\u00facar. Hornea los pastelitos de 15-18 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9n dorados. Deja que se enfr\u00eden antes de servirlos.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer la crema batida:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13715-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En un taz\u00f3n grande, mezcla la crema espesa con la crema \u00e1cida. Usa una batidora para batirla hasta que se espese. Agrega el az\u00facar glass y la vainilla y sigue batiendo hasta que se formen ondas suaves.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13715-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Para servir, parte los pastelitos por la mitad ya que se hayan enfriado.
