wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer la gelatina sabor fruta:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13732-step-0-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon el agua en un taz\u00f3n ancho y no muy hondo, y espolvorea la gelatina encima. Deja que se expanda durante unos minutos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13732-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En una olla grande, mezcla la fruta, el az\u00facar y la sal. Calienta la mezcla a fuego medio-bajo de 5 a 10 minutos, revolviendo de vez en cuando, hasta que la fruta de deshaga y suelte sus jugos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13732-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cuela el jugo con un colador fino. Mide el l\u00edquido \u2013 deber\u00edas de tener unas 2 tazas de l\u00edquido. Si tienes menos, a\u00f1ade suficiente agua para completar al menos 2 tazas. Toma la temperatura del l\u00edquido para asegurarte que sea m\u00e1s de 100\u00b0C.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13732-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Derrite la grenetina en el microondas o a ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda cuidando que no hierva. Revuelve la gelatina derretida en el jugo de fruta, y vierte el l\u00edquido en recipientes resistentes al calor donde quepan al menos dos tazas de l\u00edquido.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13732-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">M\u00e9telos al refrigerador y deja que la gelatina cuaje completamente, al menos durante 4 horas o toda la noche.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13732-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Repite el mismo proceso para tener los tres sabores de gelatina.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13732-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Ya que las gelatinas de fruta est\u00e9n listas, con un cuchillo peque\u00f1o, corta cada sabor en cuadrados, tri\u00e1ngulos, rect\u00e1ngulos o una combinaci\u00f3n (seg\u00fan prefieras). P\u00e1salos con cuidado a un recipiente y aparta en el refrigerador.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer la gelatina de leche:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13732-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Vierte la grenetina a un taz\u00f3n. Agrega 1 taza de agua fr\u00eda. Revuelve r\u00e1pidamente con un tenedor o globo para batir hasta que se disuelve y deja que repose 10 minutos hasta que se asiente.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13732-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En una olla mediana, agrega la leche y deja que hierva. Cuando suelte el hervor, apaga la estura y retira la olla del fuego. Agrega la leche evaporada, la leche condensada, la vainilla, la sal y revuelve para mezclar bien.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13732-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cuando la grenetina est\u00e9 lista, cali\u00e9ntala en el microondas a temperatura alta de 30 a 40 segundos (o calienta en ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda) hasta que se haga l\u00edquida, pero que no vaya a hervir. Cuando est\u00e9 lista, vierte la grenetina en la mezcla de leche y revuelve para mezclarlas.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13732-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Alista los moldes que vayas a usar. Puedes usar algo como un molde bundt o moldes individuales. Vierte un poco de la mezcla de leche\/grenetina. Agrega algunos cubos de la gelatina de fruta y vierte m\u00e1s mezcla de leche\/grenetina. Continua hasta que el molde est\u00e9 lleno. Tal vez te sobre un poco de la leche, depende del tama\u00f1o de molde que uses. Enfr\u00eda la gelatina en el refrigerador toda la noche.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13732-step-1-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cuando la gelatina est\u00e9 firme y la vayas a sacar del molde, puedes meter la parte de abajo del molde en agua tibia durante unos 10 segundos, luego pasa un cuchillo o esp\u00e1tula peque\u00f1a alrededor del molde para desprender la gelatina. Normalmente, la acci\u00f3n conjunta con el calor hace que la gelatina salga r\u00e1pido.
