Pon los poblanos en una bolsa de pl\u00e1stico, ci\u00e9rrala y aparta para que los poblanos suden por al menos 10 minutos y hasta 2 horas. Saca los poblanos de la bolsa de pl\u00e1stico y en un taz\u00f3n con agua o bajo el chorro de agua, qu\u00edtales la piel quemada. Luego, hazles un corte lateral a cada poblano para quitarle las semillas y tallos antes de cortarlos en rajas de 2.5 x 1\/2cm. Extiende la masa haciendo un rect\u00e1ngulo de 8 x 13cm; la capa debe tener un espesor de \u00bd cm aproximadamente y dejando un margen de al menos 1.3cm en los lados y de al menos 2.4cm en la parte de abajo. Pon dos cucharadas de relleno (unos 40g) en medio del rect\u00e1ngulo.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13736-step-2-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Levanta los dos lados largos de la hoja y j\u00fantalos (la masa rodear\u00e1 al relleno). Dobla los lados que juntaste hacia un lado del tamal, envolvi\u00e9ndolos en la misma direcci\u00f3n alrededor del tamal. Dobla la parte vac\u00eda de la hoja, llevando la orilla en pico hacia arriba y extiende con cuidado el tamal para que se distribuya equilibradamente. Esto har\u00e1 que la parte de abajo se cierre y la de arriba quedar\u00e1 abierta. Pon los tamales lo m\u00e1s parados que puedas en un molde (con el lado abierto hacia arriba) y repite el armado con el resto de la masa y del relleno.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para cocinar los tamales:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13736-step-3-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Llena una olla vaporera con agua hasta el fondo de la base o canasta y deja que hierva a fuego medio. Forra la base o canasta con una capa de hojas de ma\u00edz que ya remojaste en agua. Pon los tamales lo m\u00e1s parados que puedas en la olla con la parte abierta hacia arriba. Si queda espacio en la vaporera, mete algunas hojas de ma\u00edz para que los tamales no se muevan al cocinarse. Cubre los tamales con m\u00e1s hojas remojadas y coc\u00ednalos, con la olla tapada, durante una hora.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13736-step-3-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Apaga el fuego y deja que los tamales reposen y se asienten en la olla durante al menos 10 minutes. Puedes ver si ya est\u00e1n listos abriendo uno y ver si se despega f\u00e1cilmente de la hoja. Si no lo hace, regresa la olla al fuego y rev\u00edsalos cada 5 minutos.
