id=\"wprm-recipe-13740-step-0-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon los chiles en una charola para hornear en el horno a temperatura alta, en una parrilla o sobre una hornilla de la estufa. Yo prefiero usar el horno. De cualquier forma, volt\u00e9alos cada 2 o 3 minutos para un total de 6 a 9 minutos. Deben verse tatemados y con ampollas por fuera, mientras que la pulpa debe estar cocida sin quemarse. Ponlos de inmediato en una bolsa de pl\u00e1stico, ci\u00e9rrala bien y deja que suden de 10 a 20 minutos. Por \u00faltimo, bajo un chorro de agua fr\u00eda, qu\u00edtales la piel quemada, que debe salir f\u00e1cilmente. Haz un corte al lado de cada chile y saca las semillas y venas. Ya que est\u00e9n limpios, s\u00e9calos con una servilleta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13740-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Rellena cada chile poblano con 1\/2 taza de queso rallado, o lo que se necesite, siempre que puedas volverlos a unir con un palillo.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para preparar el arroz:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13740-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En una olla, calienta el aceite a fuego medio-alto. Agrega el arroz y cocina, revolviendo con cuidado, de 2 a 3 minutos. A\u00f1ade la cebolla, revuelve de vez en cuando y cocina de 3 a 4 minutos m\u00e1s, hasta que el arroz empiece a cambiar de color a blanco lechoso y se sienta m\u00e1s pesado, como si fueran granos de arena. Vierte 4 tazas de caldo y sal.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13740-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cuando empiece a hervir fuerte, pon los chiles rellenos en la olla. T\u00e1pala, reduce el fuego lo m\u00e1s posible y cocina de 15 a 20 minutos, hasta que el arroz est\u00e9 cocido y el l\u00edquido se haya absorbido. Si los granos de arroz no parecen suaves y cocidos, ponle m\u00e1s caldo de pollo o agua y cocina durante unos 5 minutos m\u00e1s. Cuando el arroz est\u00e9 cocido, retira la olla del fuego y deja que repose, tapado, de 5 a 10 minutos.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Mientras, para hacer la salsa roja:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13740-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon los tomates y el ajo en una olla mediana, cubre con agua y deja que hiervan a fuego medio-alto. Luego, reduce el fuego a medio y hierve de 10 a 15 minutos hasta que los jitomates est\u00e9n suaves, cocidos y aguados.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13740-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon los jitomates y el ajo en la licuadora junto con la cebolla, el chile de \u00e1rbol si lo vas a usar, la sal y la pimienta. Licua todo hasta tener una salsa suave.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13740-step-2-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Calienta el aceite en una olla mediana a fuego medio. Cuando el aceite est\u00e9 caliente, vierte la salsa de tomate, tapa parcialmente y hierve de 5 a 6 minutos, revolviendo ocasionalmente. Agrega el caldo de pollo, revuelve y cocina de 6 a 8 minutos m\u00e1s, hasta que la salsa est\u00e9 bien sazonada y se haya espesado un poco.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para servir:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13740-step-3-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon arroz en un plato y luego un chile relleno encima.
