class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer la masa:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13744-step-0-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En un recipiente grande y no muy profundo, mezcla la masa harina y la sal. Agrega poco a poco el agua tibia y revuelve con las manos para hacer una masa consistente.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13744-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Mezcla y amasa la masa con las manos en el recipiente durante un minuto, hasta que est\u00e9 suave y algo firme. Si la masa se te pega en las manos y se siente mojada, agrega una cucharadita de masa harina a la vez. Si la masa se deshace y no se mantiene cuando haces una bola con ella, agrega m\u00e1s agua una cucharadita a la vez.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13744-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Corta una bolsa zip-top o para frutas o verduras del super por las orillas y luego por la orilla de abajo para que tengas dos pedazos de pl\u00e1stico. Puedes volver a usar la bolsa cada vez que hagas pellizcadas, sopes o tortillas. Aparta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13744-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Divide la masa en 18 pedazos iguales y haz una bola con cada uno. Pon las bolas de masa una superficie limpia y c\u00fabrelas con papel autoadherente o una toalla de cocina limpia y h\u00fameda para que no se sequen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13744-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Precalienta un comal, sart\u00e9n de hierro, sart\u00e9n antiadherente o parrilla a fuego medio durante 5 minutos, o hasta que est\u00e9 caliente.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer las pellizcadas:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13744-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon una bola de masa a la vez entre los dos pedazos de pl\u00e1stico en la parte de abajo de una prensa para tortillas. Deben quedar un pedazo de pl\u00e1stico abajo de la bolsa de masa y otro pedazo encima. Cierra con cuidado la prensa hasta que la masa tenga 1\/2cm de espesor y de 7.5 a 10cm de di\u00e1metro. Tal vez tengas que presionarla un par de veces hasta que tengas el espesor que queremos.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para cocinarlas:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13744-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Quita el pedazo de pl\u00e1stico que esta encima de la pellizcada. Saca la pellizcada junto con el pl\u00e1stico de abajo y ponla en la palma de la mano con el pl\u00e1stico hacia arriba. Qu\u00edtale el pl\u00e1stico r\u00e1pidamente, pero con cuidado y pon la pellizcada en el comal precalentado. Cocina la pellizcada durante unos 2 minutos de cada lado hasta que est\u00e9 opaca y con pecas y se puedan voltear f\u00e1cilmente sin pegarse al comal.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13744-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Retira la pellizcada del fuego y ponla en una superficie plana o tabla para cortar. Todav\u00eda no estar\u00e1 cocida del todo. Con una toalla de cocina o servilleta de tela para no quemarte, presiona y pellizca con cuidado la orilla de la pellizcada; la masa deber\u00e1 estar lo suficientemente suave para poder hacerlo.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13744-step-2-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cuando acabes de darle forma a todas pellizcadas, ponle aceite al comal o sart\u00e9n, o unta cada pellizcada con aceite, y cocina durante un minuto por lado hasta que est\u00e9 cocida por completo y con pecas caf\u00e9s.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13744-step-2-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Para servir de inmediato, retira las pellizcadas del fuego y ponle a cada una cucharada de frijoles refritos calientes, chicharr\u00f3n en salsa, queso desmoronado y cebolla picada.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13744-step-2-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Para servir despu\u00e9s, envuelve las pellizcadas en una toalla de cocina limpia, m\u00e9telas a una bolsa, ci\u00e9rrala y refrigera hasta por 3 d\u00edas. Tambi\u00e9n se pueden congelar m\u00e1s tiempo. Recalienta las pellizcadas en una superficie caliente (comal, sart\u00e9n o parrilla) durante unos minutos antes de servir.
