Agrega el arroz y cocina de 3 a 4 minutos, revolviendo con frecuencia, hasta que el arroz se ponga blanco lechoso. Vierte el pur\u00e9 de tomate, revuelve muy bien, y cocina por unos 3 minutos hasta que el pur\u00e9 tome un color oscuro, se espese y se haya absorbido por el arroz casi por completo.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-13772-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Agrega el caldo de pollo, revuelve y agrega el perejil, los jalape\u00f1os encurtidos, las zanahorias, los ch\u00edcharos y el elote, si los vas a usar. Cocina durante unos 15 minutos, o hasta que casi todo el l\u00edquido se haya absorbido pero quede algo de humedad en la olla. El arroz debe de estar cocido y suave. Si no lo est\u00e1 pero ya no hay l\u00edquido, agrega 2 cucharadas de agua, tapa la olla otra vez, y cocina por 2 minutos m\u00e1s.
