Frota 1\/3 de la mezcla de sal en la piel, luego voltea el salm\u00f3n, vierte el tequila encima y frota los 2\/3 restantes de la mezcla de sal en la carne del salm\u00f3n. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9064-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Tapa y cubre muy bien el salm\u00f3n con pl\u00e1stico autoadherente y ponle encima un refractario un poco m\u00e1s chico que donde pusiste el pescado. A su vez, pon encima latas pesadas sin abrir y refrigera de 2 a 3 d\u00edas, ba\u00f1ando el salm\u00f3n cada noche con los jugos que vaya soltando, envolvi\u00e9ndolo nuevamente con el pl\u00e1stico y las latas encima. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9064-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Saca el gravlax del refrigerador cuando lo vayas a servir. Corta el salm\u00f3n en rebanadas muy delgadas, lo m\u00e1s delgadas que puedas, sin cortar la piel, y acom\u00f3dalas en un plat\u00f3n.
