Retira las pepitas del fuego y ponlas en un recipiente. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9037-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En otro recipiente, mezcla el hinojo, la cebolla morada, la naranja y el jugo. A\u00f1ade el aceite de oliva, el vinagre bals\u00e1mico, la sal y la pimienta. A\u00f1ade las pepitas tostadas y revuelve una vez m\u00e1s y aparta hasta servir con el pescado.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para preparar la salsa:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9037-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pon las pasas en un recipiente mediano y vierte el tequila encima. Deja que las pasas se hidraten mientras preparas el resto de los ingredientes. Luego, a\u00f1ade las aceitunas, el jalape\u00f1o, el cilantro, el perejil, el jugo de lim\u00f3n, el aceite de oliva, la sal y la pimienta. Revuelve bien y sirve con el pescado. <\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para preparar el pescado:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9037-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Mezcla la harina, una pizca de sal y una pizca de pimienta y extiende la mezcla en un plato. Con un cuchillo peque\u00f1o, haz 3 l\u00edneas horizontales superficiales en cada filete, sin llegar a cortar la carne por completo. Espolvorea los filetes con la harina por ambos lados. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9037-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En un sart\u00e9n, calienta el aceite a fuego medio. Cuando el aceite est\u00e9 caliente y listo (pon un pedazo de pescado para ver si burbujea), pon los filetes con el lado de la piel abajo. Cocina hasta que la piel est\u00e9 crocante y un poco dorada, durante unos 3 minutos. Si el pescado se empieza a enrollar, usa una esp\u00e1tula para presionarlo hacia abajo. Voltea el pescado y d\u00f3ralo por el otro lado por unos 4 minutos m\u00e1s. Transfiere los filetes un plato cubierto con servilletas de papel para escurrir el aceite.
