Pon la charola en el horno y rostiza los jitomates durante unos 25 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9n arrugados, suaves y ligeramente quemados. S\u00e1calos del horno.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer el arroz:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-14867-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En una olla mediana, calienta el aceite a fuego medio, medio-alto. Cuando est\u00e9 caliente, agrega el arroz y revuelve para impregnarlo bien de aceite mientras se cocina por un minuto. Haz lugar en medio y agrega la cebolla. Revuelve para mezclarla con el arroz y deja cocinar de 4 a 5 minutos, hasta que el arroz cambie de color a un blanco brillante y se sienta m\u00e1s pesado y haga m\u00e1s ruido cuando lo revuelvas.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-14867-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agrega el caldo de pollo, el jugo de naranja, la sal y revuelve. Sube el fuego a medio-alto, y cuando burbujee con fuerza, agrega los jitomates rostizados con todo y jugo. Revuelve con cuidado, tapa la olla y reduce el fuego a bajo. Cocina durante 15 minutos, o hasta que se absorba el l\u00edquido y no veas m\u00e1s en el fondo de la olla.
