completo, 4 tazas de elote con \u00bc de taza del caldo de pollo y el ajo rostizado pelado y licua hasta incorporar los ingredientes. Vierte la mezcla a otro recipiente, raspando el taz\u00f3n para sacar todo. Agrega las 4 tazas restantes de elote y \u00bc de taza de caldo de pollo y pulsa para moler todo y obtener una mezcla grumosa. Vierte al mismo recipiente que el resto de la mezcla y aparta.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-14937-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En un taz\u00f3n, mezcla la masa harina, el polvo para hornear, el bicarbonato de sodio y la sal.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-14937-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En el taz\u00f3n de la batidora con el aditamento de pala, agrega 3\/4 de taza de la grasa de pato y el piloncillo o el az\u00facar morena o mascabada. Empieza a batir a velocidad baja hasta que se incorpore todo. Agrega la mezcla de masa harina y bate durante un minuto. Agrega la mezcla de elote, aumenta la velocidad a media y bate de 5 a 6 minutos m\u00e1s hasta que todo est\u00e9 bien mezclado.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-14937-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Precalienta el horno a 190 C con la rejilla a la mitad del horno. Calienta un sart\u00e9n de hierro fundido a fuego medio. Cuando est\u00e9 caliente, agrega el cuarto de taza restante de la grasa de pato. Cuando est\u00e9 caliente pero sin humear, vierte la mezcla de elote. Deja que se cocine a fuego medio de 4 a 5 minutos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-14937-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Despu\u00e9s, tapa con cuidado el sart\u00e9n con papel aluminio, p\u00e1salo al horno y hornea durante 30 minutos. Retira el papel aluminio y hornea de 5 a 8 minutos m\u00e1s, hasta que tenga un color dorado encima.
