Vierte la salmuera de miel sobre el pork belly, t\u00e1palo y marina de 12 a 24 horas en el refrigerador.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-14963-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cuando vayas a cocinarlo, s\u00e1calo del refrigerador. Precalienta el horno a 150 C con la rejilla en medio del horno.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-14963-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Saca el pork belly de la salmuera y ponlo en un refractario peque\u00f1o. Vierte la taza de agua restante al fondo del refractario. Tapa muy bien con papel aluminio y rostiza durante 2 horas y 30 minutos, o hasta que el pork belly est\u00e9 cocido y muy suave.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-14963-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Retira el papel aluminio, aumenta el fuego a 200 C y rostiza durante unos 20 minutos hasta que la superficie de la carne est\u00e9 dorada y crujiente y la grasa interior se haya derretido casi por completo. S\u00e1calo del horno y deja enfriar.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-14963-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Ya que se haya enfriado, saca el pork belly del refractario y c\u00f3rtalo en pedazos de 2 cm. Vierte toda la grasa del refractario a un taz\u00f3n. Aparta el pork belly y su grasa.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-14963-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon el filete de falda de res en un recipiente y saz\u00f3nalo con sal y pimienta al gusto. Pon los camarones limpios en otro recipiente y de igual forma salpimienta al gusto.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-14963-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o, mezcla la salsa de soya, la cucharada restante de miel, el vinagre de arroz, la salsa de los chipotles en adobo, la ralladura y el jugo de la naranja, el ajo, el jengibre, el chile serrano, el chile piqu\u00edn seco y mezcla bien. Aparta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-14963-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En un sart\u00e9n antiadherente peque\u00f1o a fuego medio, agrega una cucharada de la grasa del pork belly. Cuando est\u00e9 caliente, agrega los huevos batidos y salpimienta al gusto. Cocina los huevos, moviendo las orillas hacia el centro mientras se cocinan, para crear un omelette plano. Cuando est\u00e9 cocido de la parte de abajo, volt\u00e9alo para que se cocine del otro lado. P\u00e1salo a una tabla para cortar y c\u00f3rtalo en pedazos peque\u00f1os. Aparta.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-14963-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En un wok ancho o sart\u00e9n grande a fuego alto, calienta 2 cucharadas de la grasa del pork belly (o aceite vegetal). Cuando est\u00e9 muy caliente pero sin que salga humo, agrega el filete de falda y cocina durante 2 minutos por lado. Debe estar dorado de ambos lados, pero sin cocinarlo de m\u00e1s.
