Pela los dientes de ajo y ponlos en la jarra de la licuadora junto con el chile de \u00e1rbol, el or\u00e9gano, el jugo de lima dulce (o los jugos de lim\u00f3n y lima), el vinagre, el aceite, la miel, la sal y la pimienta. Lic\u00faa hasta obtener un pur\u00e9 suave. Aparta 2\/3 de taza de esta marinada.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-15696-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Corta y aplana el pollo entero al estilo spatchcok &#8211; para hacerlo, quita la columna del pollo con unas tijeras de cocina. Voltea el pollo con la piel hacia arriba y apl\u00e1nalo presionando la pechuga hacia abajo. Antes de aplanarlo, haz un corte peque\u00f1o en el hueso de la pechuga para que cuando la presiones hacia abajo, se rompa el hueso de forma uniforme. Oir\u00e1s c\u00f3mo se rompe mientras lo presionas hacia abajo.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-15696-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon el pollo ya aplanado en una charola o refractario con la piel hacia arriba. Vierte el resto de la marinada sobre el pollo y marina de entre 30 minutos hasta 12 horas. Si lo vas a marinar por m\u00e1s de 30 minutos, t\u00e1palo y ponlo en el refrigerador. Lo puedes voltear un par de veces mientras se marina.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-15696-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cuando lo vayas a rostizar, precalienta el horno a 200\u00b0C.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-15696-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon el pollo con la piel hacia abajo, agrega el caldo de pollo y rost\u00edzalo durante 25 minutos. Saca la charola, voltea el pollo y acomoda el broccolini alrededor. Vierte la marinada que apartaste encima, espolvorea con la sal y la pimienta y regresa la charola al horno durante otros 20 minutos.
