c\u00edrculos de pl\u00e1stico \u2014 de las bolsas de fruta del supermercado o zip-lock \u2014 1.25 cm m\u00e1s grandes que el di\u00e1metro de tu prensa para tortillas y aparta. En un sart\u00e9n grande o de hierro, calienta suficiente aceite para tener unos 2 cm de profundidad en el sart\u00e9n, listo para fre\u00edr los salbutes.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-15741-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En un recipiente grande, revuelve la masa harina, la harina y la sal. Agrega el agua tibia y, con las manos, mezcla y amasa la masa en el recipiente hasta que no tenga grumos y est\u00e9 algo firme. Si la masa se te pega en las manos y se siente mojada, agrega un poco m\u00e1s de masa harina. Si se deshace cuando haces una bola o cuando empiezas a hacer las tortillas, agrega una cucharadita de agua a la vez.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-15741-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cuando la masa est\u00e9 lista, div\u00eddela en 16 pedazos y haz una bola con cada uno. Tapa el recipiente donde vayas poniendo las bolas de masa con una toalla de cocina limpia para que no se sequen demasiado.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-15741-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pon un pedazo del pl\u00e1stico que cortaste en la parte de abajo de la prensa, luego pon una bola de masa y encima el otro pedazo de pl\u00e1stico. Presiona hacia abajo la manija de la prensa con cuidado hasta que la masa tenga 0.3 cm de espesor y unos 13 cm de di\u00e1metro. Para que la tortilla est\u00e9 redonda, mueve un poco la manija mientras la presionas hacia abajo. Es posible que necesites presionarla un par de veces para que obtengas una tortilla delgada.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-15741-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Abre la prensa y quita el pedazo de pl\u00e1stico de arriba. Luego, lleva la tortilla sobre el pl\u00e1stico de abajo junto al sart\u00e9n, para que puedas pasarla a una mano mientras le quitas el pl\u00e1stico con la otra y ponerla r\u00e1pidamente, con cuidado, en el aceite. El aceite debe burbujear alrededor de la tortilla.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-15741-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Con un cuchar\u00f3n, vierte aceite caliente con cuidado sobre la tortilla, para que se esponje y se cocine por encima. Fr\u00ede la tortilla de 30 a 35 segundos hasta que se haya inflado por arriba y dorado por abajo. Saca la tortilla del aceite con un cuchar\u00f3n o esp\u00e1tula y ponla en una rejilla o charola para hornear cubierta de servilletas.
