Agrega los ch\u00edcharos y cocina de 3 a 4 minutos m\u00e1s. Apaga el fuego.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-15757-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Para dorar los pl\u00e1tanos machos, calienta las 2 cucharadas restantes de aceite en un sart\u00e9n mediano a fuego medio. Cuando est\u00e9n calientes, agrega las rebanadas de pl\u00e1tano y coc\u00ednalas de 2 a 3 minutos por lado, hasta que se suavicen, est\u00e9n cocidas por completo y est\u00e9n doradas y caramelizadas. P\u00e1salas a un plato forrado con servilletas de papel. Aparta.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-15757-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Puedes dorar las tortillas en un par de cucharadas de aceite caliente, o puedes calentarlas unos minutos en un sart\u00e9n o comal caliente a fuego medio, hasta que est\u00e9n tostadas y crujientes.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-15757-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Para cocinar los huevos, a m\u00ed me gusta usar un sart\u00e9n antiadherente peque\u00f1o con tapa. Ponlo a fuego medio y agrega una cucharadita de aceite. Cuando est\u00e9 caliente, agrega un par de huevos estrellados a la vez, sazona con sal y pimienta y ponle la tapa. Cocina de 3 a 4 minutos, hasta que las claras est\u00e9n firmes y las yemas cocidas pero todav\u00eda l\u00edquidas si las cortas con un tenedor. Tambi\u00e9n puedes voltearlos si lo prefieres.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-15757-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Para servirlos, pon dos tortillas fritas o tostadas en cada plato. C\u00fabrelas con 1\/4 de taza de frijoles refritos calientes. Pon sobre una de las tortillas los dos huevos estrellados, una porci\u00f3n generosa de salsa de tomate, un chile si quieres y espolvorea con queso fresco. Pon encima la segunda tortilla con frijoles, como si fuera un s\u00e1ndwich de tortilla crujiente.
