Tambi\u00e9n los puedes tatemar en un comal o sart\u00e9n precalentado a fuego medio, volte\u00e1ndolos para que se quemen por todos lados.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16503-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon los chiles tatemados en una bolsa de pl\u00e1stico y ci\u00e9rrala o en un taz\u00f3n tapado y deja que suden durante unos 10 minutos. Qu\u00edtales la piel y luego haz un corte lateral para sacar el tallo y las semillas. Para que sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil pelarlos, puedes hacerlo bajo un chorro de agua o en un taz\u00f3n con agua. Seca los chiles y c\u00f3rtalos en rajas de 1.5 x 4 cm.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16503-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En una olla mediana, pon los jitomates, el ajo y el chile morita, c\u00fabrelos con agua y calienta a fuego medio-alto. Deja que hierva y cocina durante unos 10 minutos, hasta que los jitomates est\u00e9n cocidos, el chile se haya rehidratado y el ajo se haya suavizado.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16503-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pasa los jitomates, el ajo y el chile a la licuadora junto con 1 taza del agua donde hirvieron, el or\u00e9gano, sal y pimienta. Licua hasta que todo est\u00e9 completamente molido. Aparta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16503-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En una olla grande, calienta el aceite y la mantequilla a fuego medio. Cuando la mantequilla se derrita y empiece a burbujear, agrega la cebolla y dora de 3 a 4 minutos, hasta que se acitrone. Agrega las papas, revuelve para cubrirlas con el aceite y vierte el pur\u00e9 de tomate. Cuando empiece a hervir, revuelve y cocina de 10 a 12 minutos. El pur\u00e9 de tomate se habr\u00e1 espesado, sazonado y oscurecido.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16503-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Vierte el caldo de pollo y las rajas de chile verde, revuelve y cuando vuelva a hervir, cocina durante 10 minutos m\u00e1s. Prueba para ver si necesita m\u00e1s sal.
