manzana:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16631-step-0-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En una olla mediana, calienta el piloncillo, una taza de agua, el jugo de naranja y la canela a fuego medio. Cuando empiece a hervir, baja el fuego a medio-bajo, tapa la olla y deja que el piloncillo se derrita de 8 a 10 minutos. Agrega los clavos, desmoron\u00e1ndolos con las manos, las manzanas, el jugo de lim\u00f3n y revuelve bien. Sube el fuego a medio y hierve sin tapar durante 20 minutos revolviendo de vez en cuando, hasta que el jarabe se haya espesado y las manzanas tengan un color \u00e1mbar.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16631-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Agrega la vainilla y el pur\u00e9 de calabaza, revuelve y tapa la olla particularmente porque la mezcla puede salpicar. Reduce el fuego a medio-bajo y cocina de 10 a 12 minutos m\u00e1s, revolviendo ocasionalmente. Lo que tendr\u00e1s es un pur\u00e9 suave con pedazos de manzana. Aparta para que se enfr\u00ede; mientras lo hace, se espesar\u00e1 un poco m\u00e1s.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer la masa de las empanadas:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16631-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En un taz\u00f3n grande, mezcla la harina, el polvo para hornear y la sal. Agrega la mantequilla rompi\u00e9ndola con los dedos y mezclando con la harina,hasta que                                                                                                      se sienta como una harina grumosa. Agrega el az\u00facar y revuelve otra vez. A\u00f1ade la leche y uno de los huevos, ligeramente batido, mezclando todo mientras amasas durante un par de minutos hasta que obtengas una masa homog\u00e9nea. Aparta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16631-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Precalienta el horno a 175\u00b0C con las rejillas en el tercio inferior y superior. Forra dos charolas para hornear con papel encerado. En un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o, bate los dos huevos restantes para sellar las empanadas y untarlas por encima para que se doren.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16631-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Divide la masa en cuatro partes. En una superficie enharinada con un rodillo tambi\u00e9n enharinado, extiende uno de los pedazos de la masa hasta que tenga menos de \u00bd cm de espesor. Corta c\u00edrculos de unos 12 cm de di\u00e1metro.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16631-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon en cada empanada una cucharada del relleno de manzana y \u00bd cucharadita de nueces picadas. Unta las orillas de cada empanada con el huevo batido. Cierra las empanadas y sella las orillas con los dedos y luego presionando con un tenedor. Pon las empanadas ya hechas en las charolas para hornear. Repite con el resto del relleno y de la masa juntando los pedazos de masa que te sobren para hacer m\u00e1s empanadas. Vas a hornearlas en dos tandas.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16631-step-1-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Unta huevo batido encima de las empanadas y horn\u00e9alas de 23 a 24 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9n doradas por encima y un poquito m\u00e1s caf\u00e9s por abajo.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16631-step-1-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Puedes servir las empanadas calientes o a temperatura ambiente. Duran 5 d\u00edas en un recipiente cerrado.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Nota:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16631-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Si quieres hacer tu propio pur\u00e9 de calabaza, parte a la mitad una calabaza de 1.5 kg y qu\u00edtale las semillas y las fibras. Pon las mitades de calabaza en una charola para hornear con la piel hacia arriba y rostiza en el horno a 175\u00b0C de 45 a 60 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n cocidas, doradas y entre un tenedor f\u00e1cilmente. Cuando se hayan enfriado, saca la pulpa y ponla en un taz\u00f3n.
