Retira el ajo cuando est\u00e9 tatemado y suave y p\u00e9lalo cuando se haya enfriado. Tambi\u00e9n puedes tatemar las verduras en un comal o sart\u00e9n caliente a fuego medio, volte\u00e1ndolas cada 4 o 5 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9n rostizadas y suaves. Pasa las verduras, junto con los jugos que hayan soltado en la charola, a la licuadora.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16751-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Calienta un comal o sart\u00e9n peque\u00f1o a fuego medio-bajo. Agrega los chipotles y los cacahuates y tu\u00e9stalos, revolviendo y volteando los chiles de vez en cuando, solo hasta que se suavicen, se inflen y se empiecen a tostar, sin llegar a quemarse, de 4 a 5 minutos. Los cacahuates estar\u00e1n ligeramente tostados, pero casi no se notar\u00e1. Pasa todo a la licuadora.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16751-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Tuesta el or\u00e9gano en el sart\u00e9n caliente, de 10 a 15 segundos, hasta que suelte el aroma y apenas se empiece a oscurecer. P\u00e1salo a la licuadora.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16751-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Agrega el vinagre, el agua y la sal a la licuadora y lic\u00faa la salsa hasta que est\u00e9 molida y suave. Prueba la salsa y agrega sal si es necesario.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16751-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">La salsa durar\u00e1 hasta 5 d\u00edas tapada en el refrigerador.
