romero, el aceite de oliva y la pimienta al gusto. Pon las costillas en un refractario o bolsa zip-lock y c\u00fabrelas perfectamente con la marinada. Tapa y refrigera la carne hasta por 24 horas.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para Preparar el Pipi\u00e1n:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16901-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En una olla mediana, pon los tomates verdes, el ajo y los chiles y c\u00fabrelos con agua. Deja que hiervan a fuego medio-alto y cocina durante unos 10 minutos, hasta que los tomates verdes cambien de color verde brillante a uno m\u00e1s apago y est\u00e9n suaves sin que se deshagan. Retira del fuego.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16901-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En una licuadora o procesador de alimentos, muele las pepitas. Agrega los tomates verdes, el ajo, los chiles, 1 taza del agua de cocci\u00f3n de los tomates verdes, la cebolla, el cilantro y 2 cucharaditas de sal. Licua todo hasta que tengas una salsa suave.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16901-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En una olla grande, calienta el aceite a fuego medio. Cuando est\u00e9 caliente, vierte el pur\u00e9 y el caldo y revuelve bien. Deja que hierva, parcialmente tapado, de 30 a 35 minutos, revolviendo con frecuencia, hasta que la salsa se haya espesado y cubra la parte trasera de un cuchar\u00f3n de madera y se formen peque\u00f1os charcos de aceite en la superficie. Retira del fuego. En este punto puedes enfriar, tapar y refrigerar el pipi\u00e1n para usarlo otro d\u00eda.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16901-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Precalienta una parrilla o asador a fuego alto.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-16901-step-1-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Salpimienta las costillitas por ambos lados al gusto. \u00c1salas hasta que est\u00e9n doradas por fuera y al t\u00e9rmino que m\u00e1s te guste por dentro; unos 3 minutos por lado para t\u00e9rmino medio y unos 6 minutos para que est\u00e9n bien cocidas.
