Pasa los chiles a una olla mediana, junto con los jitomates y el ajo, cubre todo con agua y deja que hierva. Cuando suelte el hervor, reduce el fuego a medio y hierve durante 10 minutos, hasta que los chiles se rehidraten y los tomates est\u00e9n suaves y cocidos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17086-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Usa una cuchara con ranuras para pasar todas las verduras a la licuadora, agrega la cebolla y 1 cucharadita de sal y licua hasta tener una salsa suave.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17086-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Calienta 1 cucharada de aceite en una olla mediana. Cuando est\u00e9 caliente, vierte la salsa de tomate y cocina, tapando la olla parcialmente, de 5 a 6 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9 espesa y sazonada.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17086-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Calienta las 2 cucharadas restantes de aceite en un sart\u00e9n antiadherente grande a fuego medio. Cuando est\u00e9 caliente, agrega las papas y los nopales, y espolvorea la \u00bd cucharadita de sal y de pimienta. Cocina, revolviendo de vez en cuando, durante unos 15 minutos hasta que las verduras est\u00e9n dorados por fuera y suaves por dentro  \u2013 la baba de los nopales se habr\u00e1 secado y las papas se habr\u00e1n empezado a dorar. Agrega la salsa de tomate, revuelve y cocina de 6 a 7 minutos m\u00e1s, hasta que la salsa se haya espesado y casi secado.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17086-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En un sart\u00e9n peque\u00f1o, cocina los huevos estrellados, uno a la vez, como te gusten.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17086-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En un comal precalentado a fuego medio, calienta las tortillas por ambos lados durante un minuto.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17086-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Arma los tacos poniendo una porci\u00f3n grande de la mezcla de nopalitos y papas en medio de la tortilla, encima el huevo y encima el queso fresco.
