filetes de pescado bajo un chorro delgado de agua fr\u00eda. Corta los filetes en pedazos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os y ponlos en la procesadora. Pulsa de 5 a 10 segundos hasta que el pescado est\u00e9 picado pero que no se haya hecho una pasta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17106-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pasa el pescado a un taz\u00f3n grande. En la misma procesadora, agrega la cebolla, las zanahorias, los huevos, la harina para matzo, la sal y la pimienta blanca. Procesa hasta que todo est\u00e9 molido y pasa al taz\u00f3n con el pescado. Revuelve todo muy bien.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para preparar la salsa roja:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17106-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En una olla grande, calienta el aceite a fuego medio-alto. Agrega la cebolla picada y acitrona de 5 a 6 minutos, sin dejar de revolver. Vierte los tomates triturados a la olla, revuelve y deja que la mezcla se sazone y se espese durante unos 5 minutos. Agrega el caldo de pescado, la pasta de tomate, la sal y la pimienta blanca. Revuelve bien otra vez y deja que empiece a hervir. Reduce el fuego a medio y hierve mientras enrollas el pescado gefilte.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17106-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon un plato hondo peque\u00f1o con agua tibia al lado de la olla con la salsa. Empieza a hacer las tortitas. Yo las hago de unos 8 cm de largo, 5 de ancho y 3 de grueso y con forma de \u00f3valo. Moja las manos para que la mezcla de pescado no se te pegue. Seg\u00fan las vayas haciendo, m\u00e9telas con cuidado a la salsa caliente.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17106-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cuando acabes de hacer las tortitas y todas est\u00e9n en la salsa, tapa la olla y baja el fuego. Cocina durante 25 minutos m\u00e1s. Quita la tapa, agrega las aceitunas, los pepperoncini y las alcaparras.
