class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer la masa:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17111-step-0-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Vierte el agua con la levadura en el taz\u00f3n de una batidora con el aditamento de gancho para pan. Mezcla con un globo peque\u00f1o o tenedor. Agrega el agua de azahar y revuelve. Agrega la harina, 2 huevos, el az\u00facar y la sal.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17111-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Comienza a mezclar con la batidora a velocidad media. Despu\u00e9s de un par de minutos, agrega la mantequilla y sigue mezclando de 3 a 4 minutos m\u00e1s hasta que la masa se pegue alrededor del gancho, raspando los lados con una esp\u00e1tula para incorporar la masa que se haya podido pegar ah\u00ed.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17111-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Enharina la superficie donde vayas a trabajar y saca la masa del taz\u00f3n. Con las dos manos, amasa la masa estirando y jalando. Luego, dobla la masa y volt\u00e9ala un cuarto en el sentido de las manecillas del reloj. Repite el proceso tres veces. Espolvorea harina en un taz\u00f3n y pon ah\u00ed la masa. Tapa con una toalla de cocina limpia y ponla en un lugar tibio de tu cocina, donde no le d\u00e9 el aire, durante una hora. La masa casi duplicar\u00e1 su tama\u00f1o.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Par hacer el relleno de mazap\u00e1n:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17111-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Mientras la masa se eleva, parte el mazap\u00e1n en pedazos peque\u00f1os y agrega el az\u00facar, presionando y mezclando. Agrega la mantequilla, usando los dedos para mezclar y presionar hasta que tengas una pasta. Agrega por \u00faltimo la harina y la ralladura de naranja y mezcla bien.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para armar el pan challah:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17111-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Poncha la masa y ponla en una superficie enharinada. Corta la masa en 6 pedazos lo m\u00e1s iguales que puedas. Extiende cada pedazo hasta formar un rect\u00e1ngulo largo de unos 38 cm x 10-13 cm. Extiende \u2159 del relleno de mazap\u00e1n a lo largo de la orilla de cada rect\u00e1ngulo de masa y luego enr\u00f3llalo para que el relleno quede rodeado de masa. Presiona y pellizca las orillas para que quede bien sellado. Puedes rodar la masa algunas veces para darle forma. Repite el proceso para el resto de la masa y del relleno.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17111-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Forra dos charolas para hornear con papel encerado. Une tres rollos de masa por un lado para poder hacer una trenza. Presiona y pellizca las orillas al final de la trenza para que quede bien sellada. Puedes meter hacia adentro  las dos orillas de la trenza. Repite el proceso con las otras tres tiras de masa.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17111-step-2-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon cada pan challah en una charola, tapa con una toalla de cocina limpia y ponlos en una zona tibia de la cocina donde no les d\u00e9 el aire durante un par de horas. Los panes deber\u00e1n tener casi el doble de tama\u00f1o.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hornear el pan Challah:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17111-step-3-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Precalienta el horno a 177\u00b0C con las rejillas en el tercio inferior y superior del horno.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17111-step-3-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Bate un huevo en un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o. Unta los panes con el huevo y espolvorea un poco de sal encima.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17111-step-3-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon los panes en el horno y hornea durante 15 minutos. Cambia los panes de rejilla y hornea 10 minutos m\u00e1s hasta que est\u00e9n dorados. S\u00e1calos del horno. Cuando se hayan enfriado, pasalos a un plat\u00f3n.
