La mezcla se oscurecer\u00e1 y espesar\u00e1 gradualmente.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8932-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Despu\u00e9s de una hora y media, el l\u00edquido se habr\u00e1 espesado y reducido y el hervor ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s fuerte. Reduce el fuego a medio-bajo, para que siga hirviendo as\u00ed. Quieres que burbujee activamente, no burbujas demasiado fuertes o agresivas. Revuelve con m\u00e1s frecuencia para que no se pegue en el fondo.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8932-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Sabr\u00e1s que la cajeta est\u00e1 lista cuando: tenga un color caf\u00e9 caramelo; sea espesa como caramelo l\u00edquido o jarabe; cubra la parte de atr\u00e1s de una cuchara de madera; cuando la revuelvas con una cuchara de madera a trav\u00e9s de la olla, quede un caminito atr\u00e1s mostrando el fondo aunque sea durante unos segundos; mientras levantas lentamente la cuchara o esp\u00e1tula de madera, la cajeta tarde en caer; se pueda ver en los lados de la olla c\u00f3mo se ha cocinado y reducido la cajeta y si luego raspas ese lado de la cuchara, queda un residuo pegajoso (y delicioso).<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8932-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Apaga el fuego y deja enfriar, seguir\u00e1 espesando mientras se enfr\u00eda.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8932-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon la cajeta en un frasco de vidrio y ci\u00e9rralo bien.
