A\u00f1ade el pescado desmenuzado y las 3 cucharadas de manteca restantes, tapa y cocina de 5 a 6 minutos, hasta que se caliente. Retira del fuego y a\u00f1ade el jugo de naranja agria o su sustituto.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8845-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Mientras, prepara la salsa de tomate. Licua 2 tazas de los jitomates picados. Pasa el pur\u00e9 a una olla mediana a fuego medio-alto y a\u00f1ade el resto de los jitomates, 3 cucharadas de manteca, la cebolla fileteada, 1\/4 de taza de hojas de epazote picadas y la sal. Una vez que hierva, reduce el fuego a bajo y cocina de 10 a 15 minutos, hasta que la cebolla y los jitomates est\u00e9n suaves.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8845-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Para armar, moja una tortilla en el pur\u00e9 de frijol negro hasta cubrir ambos lados. Acomoda en el centro de un plato. Pon encima unas 2 cucharadas del relleno de caz\u00f3n. Repite el proceso de mojar una tortilla en el pur\u00e9 de frijol y luego poner el caz\u00f3n dos veces m\u00e1s hasta tener un total de 3 capas.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8845-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cubre una cuarta tortilla con pur\u00e9 de frijol de un solo lado y ponla encima de las tres capas, con el lado de frijol hacia abajo. Vierte aprox. 1 1\/2 tazas de la salsa de tomate encima. Acompa\u00f1a con un habanero rostizado y con rebanadas de aguacate al lado.
