Aparta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8806-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Vierte la harina en otro plato grande y aparta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8806-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En un sart\u00e9n grande, a\u00f1ade suficiente aceite para tener 2 cm de espesor aprox. Calienta a fuego medio.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8806-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Uno por uno, mete los camarones en la harina para cubrirlos totalmente y sac\u00fadelos un poco para quitarles el exceso. Luego, m\u00f3jalos en los huevos batidos. C\u00fabrelos en seguida con la mezcla de coco, pero hazlo con cuidado para que no se caiga: pon cada camar\u00f3n cubierto de huevo en un plato, y con tu mano pon un poco de mezcla de coco encima, presionando ligeramente hasta cubrirlo totalmente. No los sacudas. Aparta en un plato o tabla.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8806-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Una vez que acabes con los camarones, revisa el aceite. Si tienes term\u00f3metro, debe leer alrededor de 175 C. Puedes subir el fuego a medio-alto si no ha alcanzado esa temperatura. Otra forma de checarlo es metiendo al aceite la punta de un camar\u00f3n. El aceite debe burbujear activamente alrededor del camar\u00f3n.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8806-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Fr\u00ede los camarones por partes, sin encimarlos en el sart\u00e9n, de 1 a 2 minutos por lado, hasta que est\u00e9n cocidos, dorados y crocantes. Usando unas pinzas para cocina, voltea los camarones por la cola, para no romper el empanizado de coco. No los cocines de m\u00e1s.
