Mezcla 3 tazas de agua con la sal y el az\u00facar y vierte en la bolsa. Cierra la bolsa y marina de 12 a 24 horas en el refrigerador. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8758-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cuando vayas a preparar el pork belly, precalienta el horno a 160 C con la rejilla a la mitad del horno.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8758-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Retira el pork belly de la marinada y ponlo en un refractario peque\u00f1o. A\u00f1ade el caldo de pollo y la 1\/2 taza restante de agua. Cubre muy bien con aluminio y hornea de 2 a 2 1\/2 horas hasta que el pork belly est\u00e9 tierno y se pueda picar con un tenedor f\u00e1cilmente. Retira el papel aluminio y aumenta la temperatura a 200 C. Rostiza durante 20 minutos hasta que la superficie se dore y la grasa interna se haya derretido. Retira del horno y deja enfriar. Cuando se haya enfriado un poco, corta en pedazos de 2.5 cm.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8758-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Calienta una olla a fuego medio-bajo y a\u00f1ade la mantequilla. Una vez que se derrita y comience a burbujear, a\u00f1ade el ajo y cocina hasta que suelte el aroma, aprox. 1 minuto. A\u00f1ade la salsa de soya, el vinagre, el jarabe de agave y el jugo de naranja y revuelve para mezclar bien. Haz algunos hoyos en el chile habanero con la punta de un cuchillo y ponlo en la salsa. As\u00ed soltar\u00e1 el sabor sin hacer la salsa muy picosa. Hierve y deja cocinar de 8 a 10 minutos, hasta que la salsa se espese y cubra la parte de atr\u00e1s de una cuchara de madera.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8758-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En un sart\u00e9n de hierro grande, calienta el aceite a fuego medio-alto.
