{"id":3491,"date":"2016-12-05T23:18:16","date_gmt":"2016-12-05T23:18:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/patijinich.com\/es\/?post_type=recipe&#038;p=3491"},"modified":"2021-05-03T18:10:57","modified_gmt":"2021-05-03T18:10:57","slug":"tamales-coloraditos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/patijinich.com\/es\/tamales-coloraditos\/","title":{"rendered":"Tamales coloraditos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los tamales son indispensables en muchas fiestas decembrinas, como las posadas, Navidad, A\u00f1o Nuevo, en enero con el D\u00eda de Reyes y febrero con el D\u00eda de la Candelaria.<\/p>\n<p>La ma\u00f1ana siguiente a una gran boda mexicana, y podr\u00eda seguir con cada mes del a\u00f1o, pero los tamales se antojan especialmente durante diciembre.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n son la comida diaria para muchos mexicanos. Se pueden encontrar todo tipo de tamales en muchos lugares como mercados, puestos callejeros y restaurantes. Entonces, si se pueden comer todos los d\u00edas, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 la necesidad de comerlos en diciembre especialmente?<\/p>\n<p>No lo s\u00e9. Lo que s\u00ed s\u00e9 es que yo puedo comer tamales todos los d\u00edas y luego sentir el antojo de tamales en diciembre, hasta sentir\u00eda que la Navidad ser\u00eda muy triste sin ellos.<\/p>\n<p>Les voy a dar una receta para hacerlos que seguro no han probado, a menos que sean del Norte del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>El tamal coloradito, toma su nombre del relleno de carne que se cocina en la salsa de un mole llamado coloradito. Tiene un color intenso y un sabor profundo y complejo. Se prepara con chiles anchos y guajillo, tomates, cebolla, ajo, canela, comino y clavos. Esta salsa cubre la carne mientras se cocina con aceitunas, almendras y pasas. El resultado es una mezcla dulce, picosa, sabrosa y crujiente. Los sabores ex\u00f3ticos del relleno contrastan muy bien con la masa suave y tersa del tamal.<\/p>\n<p>Me parece un tamal especialmente festivo, con su relleno de mole. <div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div Extiende aprox. 3 cucharadas de masa para hacer un cuadro de 5 a 8 cm; la capa debe tener 1\/2 cm de espesor aprox. y debe quedar un borde de al menos 1 cm a los lados.
