Del menudo a la pancita, y de las tostadas de pata a los tacos de cabeza, no s\u00f3lo sabemos cocinar cada parte bien, la preparamos y la celebramos en cada platillo.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a m\u00ed, la \u00fanica parte que no me he animado a probar son los sesos. Mi pap\u00e1 trat\u00f3 de hacer que los probara cuando ten\u00eda la edad de Juju, en una quesadilla en un puesto de la calle, y me dijo que estaba rellena de papa (te cach\u00e9 en la primera mordida, papi).<\/p>\n<p>Sin duda, una de las partes m\u00e1s populares y sabrosas de la res es la lengua.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfNo eres fan? Entonces no la has probado realmente. Hay que probarla con abandono y mente abierta.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfLa probaste y no te gust\u00f3? Te aseguro que no estaba bien preparada.<\/p>\n<p>Si no comes carne, puedes brincarte este post. Si s\u00ed te gusta, para cuando hayas terminado habr\u00e1s sido testigo de un homenaje a la lengua.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las formas m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de prepararla: la hierves en un caldo sazonado con una combinaci\u00f3n de hierbas y especias hasta que est\u00e9 tierna. Luego la pelas, la picas y la sellas r\u00e1pidamente con cebolla picada y sal.
