Era una opci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica para desayunar o cenar en mi casa cuando era ni\u00f1a en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, igual que las quesadillas. Debo confesar que tambi\u00e9n me gustaban los molletes de la cafeter\u00eda de mi escuela, aunque ya los hubiera desayunado en casa.<\/p>\n<p>Primero necesitas frijoles negros refritos. Los puedes hacer en casa &#8211; yo hago una porci\u00f3n doble cada semana &#8211; o comprarlos en la tienda. En M\u00e9xico siempre se usan bolillos o teleras, la adaptaci\u00f3n mexicana de los baguetes (desde los tiempos de Maximiliano, en el s. XIX). Tambi\u00e9n puedes usar baguetes peque\u00f1os o cortar porciones individuales de uno grande. Usa un queso que tenga sabor pero que no sea muy fuerte, como el Oaxaca, Mozarella (pero no el fresco que es h\u00famedo), Monterey Jack, Cheddar light o Muenster. Los hacen sentir diferentes y que pueden tomar sus propias decisiones libremente en lo que antes era mi territorio, la cocina. Es una mezcla saludable de jitomates maduros, un poco de cebolla, cilantro y chile frescos, junto con jugo de lim\u00f3n reci\u00e9n exprimido. Yo a veces los sirvo con salsa verde o chipotles en adobo y quedan muy ricos tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>Es imposible no enamorarse de esta comida deliciosa, divertida y r\u00e1pida.
