Hay diferentes variedades de chiles g\u00fceros, pero todos son amarillo p\u00e1lido, tienen piel cerosa y un sabor similar a los jalape\u00f1os. Pueden picar mucho o poco.<\/p>\n<p>Hay otra variedad que no sale en la foto; es un chile un poco m\u00e1s largo y se usa mucho en escabeche.
