As\u00ed que hoy hice una vez sopa de hongos, despu\u00e9s de haber preparado 100 porciones el pasado viernes para la clase de cocina del Instituto, y la estuve ajustando durante semanas. La verdad no importa, porque es deliciosa.<\/p>\n<p>No es una sopa t\u00edpica, tiene el sabor oto\u00f1al de los hongos, realzado por el chile de \u00e1rbol, que aunque es picoso, en esta sopa sientes solo su sabor, ya que se dora entero y as\u00ed no pica. Esta es una de las formas m\u00e1s sutiles y menos conocidas de usarlos.<\/p>\n<p>Se encuentren casi en todos lados y como otros chiles secos, es muy \u00fatil tenerlos en la alacena ya que duran mucho, tienen mucha vitamina A (buen pretexto para usarlos) y definitivamente enriquecen tus comidas.<\/p>\n<p>La sopa tiene una base de jitomates muy sabrosa. Puedes comprar los jitomates ya rostizados o puedes hacerlo en casa, es muy f\u00e1cil. No toma m\u00e1s de 10 minutos y le dan a la sopa un sabor r\u00fastico delicioso. Le puse epazote al final porque le da un sabor diferente, pero es opcional, as\u00ed que no te preocupes si no lo encuentras<\/p>\n<p>Te tomar\u00e1 unos 25 minutos prepararla. An\u00edmate. Puedes doblar las cantidades de los ingredientes para hacer m\u00e1s y recalentarla al d\u00eda siguiente. Se acompa\u00f1a con rebanadas de baguette o bolillo tostados y una rebanada de aguacate mexicano maduro encima. <div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-9784\" Hierve el pur\u00e9 durante 4 o 5 minutos para sazonarlo y espesarlo.
