{"id":4008,"date":"2010-01-07T07:06:15","date_gmt":"2010-01-07T07:06:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/patijinich.com\/es\/?post_type=recipe&#038;p=4008"},"modified":"2021-05-03T18:11:28","modified_gmt":"2021-05-03T18:11:28","slug":"cafe-de-olla-reconfortante","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/patijinich.com\/es\/cafe-de-olla-reconfortante\/","title":{"rendered":"Caf\u00e9 de Olla Reconfortante"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cuando regresamos de nuestras vacaciones en M\u00e9xico este diciembre y salimos del aeropuerto Dulles, sent\u00ed como se me congelaban hasta los huesos.<\/p>\n<p>Ya estamos en casa, con la calefacci\u00f3n a todo lo que da. Admito que el fr\u00edo y especialmente la nieve que veo caer desde la ventana de mi cocina, son de las cosas por las que me encanta vivir en el Este de los Estados Unidos. Aqu\u00ed vivimos el cambio de estaciones cada a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que en lugar de quejarme, esto es lo que hago: saco el piloncillo (o az\u00facar morena o mascabada), canela, caf\u00e9 y me preparo un caf\u00e9 de olla, una de las cosas m\u00e1s reconfortantes que hay y no solo cuando hace fr\u00edo. Es delicioso para finalizar una comida o para empezar una ma\u00f1ana fr\u00eda, con unas galletas o pan para sopearlos en el caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Se le llama caf\u00e9 de olla porque durante muchos a\u00f1os, y todav\u00eda en algunas partes, se preparaba en ollas de barro en los hogares mexicanos. El caf\u00e9 se hac\u00eda y se serv\u00eda directamente de la olla y el barro le daba un sabor peculiar y profundo, pero no tener olla de barro no es limitante en lo absoluto. La combinaci\u00f3n de caf\u00e9 con piloncillo o az\u00facar morena o mascabada y canela es extraordinaria por si sola.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras me preparo para un 2010 lleno de cosas nuevas, con temas fascinantes que investigar y recetas que probar para mis clases en el Instituto, me doy cuenta que hay una cosa que nunca cambia en todos los men\u00fas que ofrecemos: siempre hay caf\u00e9 de olla al final de la comida para nuestros invitados, que ya lo piden siempre. Mi equipo de cocina y yo no podemos empezar el d\u00eda sin una taza de un buen caf\u00e9 de olla.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/patijinich.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/Comfort-Me-with-Cafe-de-Olla-2-thumb-510x342-661.jpg\" alt=\"cafe de olla 1\" width=\"912\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Con todo el \u00e1nimo de darle la bienvenida al 2010 de parte de mi equipo y m\u00eda con la suerte de seguir juntos despu\u00e9s de casi tres a\u00f1os, les deseamos un a\u00f1o nuevo con bastante caf\u00e9 de olla para
