Las palabras pueden tener muchos significados, dependiendo a qui\u00e9n van dirigidas, y c\u00f3mo y qu\u00e9 otras palabras la acompa\u00f1an.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez comenc\u00e9 una lista de mi palabras favoritas, pero se hizo largu\u00edsima y la dej\u00e9. Hay palabras que hab\u00eda olvidado y que reencontr\u00e9 y unas que nunca hab\u00eda escuchado. Tengo el h\u00e1bito de interrumpir a la gente cuando habla para preguntarles sobre una palabra que acaban de decir, \u00bfde d\u00f3nde viene, qu\u00e9 significa y de qu\u00e9 otra forma la puedo usar? Cuando encuentro una palabra que me gusta, casi siempre me enamoro de ella para siempre.<\/p>\n<p>Tal vez se deba a que hablaba espa\u00f1ol antes de mudarme a los Estados Unidos. Aqu\u00ed, empec\u00e9 a notar la belleza de las palabras que extra\u00f1aba y que no ten\u00edan sustituto en ingl\u00e9s. Una vez que me acostumbr\u00e9 a a hablar en ingl\u00e9s, comenc\u00e9 a encontrar palabras extraordinarias que no ten\u00edan sustituto en espa\u00f1ol, algo que nunca me pas\u00f3 cuando viv\u00eda en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Esta receta tiene dos palabras que me encantan: pan y arena, es un juego de palabras, porque ni es pan, ni tiene arena.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s bien parece un panqu\u00e9 con la textura perfecta de una pasteler\u00eda profesional. No es ni muy h\u00famedo ni muy seco, tal vez por eso digan que es de arena. Tiene el sabor perfecto, lo suficientemente dulce con sabor a mantequilla y un toque de lim\u00f3n, pero no es de lim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El pan de arena viene del Estado de Chiapas, donde lo encuentras por doquier. A veces lo venden en porciones individuales, pero lo m\u00e1s com\u00fan es cortarlo en rebanadas y venderte una. Lo llaman tambi\u00e9n bizcocho chiapaneco.<\/p>\n<p>Se puede comer solo o con helado, mermeladas o crema batida y queda muy bien para el lunch de los ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Me gustan su sabor, su
