agua hasta que quede muy ligera y esponjosa, como 1 minuto. A\u00f1ade el polvo para hornear y sal, y en turnos, a\u00f1ade la masa para tamales y el agua. Contin\u00faa batiendo hasta que la masa final est\u00e9 homog\u00e9nea y esponjosa.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9298-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">A\u00f1ade el az\u00facar y la canela hasta que todo est\u00e9 bien mezclado. Tip: puedes mezclar todo a mano si quieres.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9298-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Vas a saber que la masa est\u00e1 lista cuando: 1. Dejes caer la masa de una cuchara y caiga como \u201cde golpe\u201d o con peso. 2. Tiene la consistencia de masa para pastel espesa. 3. Si pones 1\/2 cucharadita de masa en una taza de agua y flota.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para preparar la vaporera:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9298-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pon agua en la charola de la vaporera y ponla a hervir. Pon una o dos capas de hojas de ma\u00edz en el fondo. Usa la masa para hacer unos 20 tamales envueltos en las hojas de ma\u00edz.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer los tamales:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9298-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Remoja las hojas de ma\u00edz en agua caliente por un par de minutos hasta que est\u00e9n suaves y esc\u00farrelas. Coloca las hojas con la punta hacia ti. Pon 3 \u00f3 4 cucharadas de la masa para formar un cuadrado de 5 a 8 cm, y de .60 cm de espesor, dejando al menos 1.3 cm de espacio en los bordes. Pon 1 \u00f3 2 moras en el relleno y una cucharadita de nueces encima.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9298-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cierra los tamales hasta cubrir bien el relleno y amarra los lados hacia la mitad del tamal. Dobla la parte en pico de la hoja para que lo de arriba quede sin cerrar, y la parte de abajo quede cerrada.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9298-step-2-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Ve poniendo los tamales verticalmente en un recipiente. Cuando est\u00e9n todos listos, ponlos en la vaporera lo m\u00e1s vertical que puedas, con la parte que qued\u00f3 abierta hacia arriba. Si queda espacio entre los tamales, mete m\u00e1s hojas de ma\u00edz para que no se muevan. Cubre los tamales con m\u00e1s hojas y tapa la vaporera. D\u00e9jalos ah\u00ed durante aprox. 1 hora a fuego medio. Los tamales estar\u00e1n listos cuando puedas quitarlos f\u00e1cilmente de las hojas.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9298-step-2-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Los tamales se mantendr\u00e1n tibios en la vaporera de 1 a 2 horas. Se pueden preparar varios d\u00edas antes y refrigerarse bien tapados. Tambi\u00e9n se pueden congelar y duran meses.
