Se sabe que Contramar es el lugar m\u00e1s popular de la ciudad tanto para locales como para extranjeros. Andr\u00e9s Barrag\u00e1n, chef de Contramar, conoci\u00f3 a Gabriela desde el principio, hace casi 20 a\u00f1os. Andr\u00e9s, originario de Puebla, desarroll\u00f3 sus habilidades culinarias con Gaby y continu\u00f3 mejor\u00e1ndolas por su cuenta. Despu\u00e9s de fre\u00edr, el at\u00fan se sirve con guacamole, frijoles refritos y tortillas frescas hechas con ma\u00edz criollo de Tepoztl\u00e1n.
